"The room we got was downstairs. It was a short walk from the main gait of Disneyland. We needed a rollaway bed and the staff had one available for us. The experience was great."

"The lady that checked us in was very rude, we stated we had reservation for 2 rooms. She was not patient in helping us, we had 2 rooms under same reservation with 2 different names, another gentleman helped us find the 2 room and was very patient and professional, not sure what kind of day that lady was having, but she was not helpful"
