The self check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the newly renovated pool area is a standout — tropical feel, clean, and very relaxing with the sauna and hot tub. The in-room kitchenette was incredibly useful and well stocked for basic cooking, and having Starbucks coffee in the room really elevated the experience. Top it off with an unbeatable location near downtown Nisswa and the lakes — this place checks all the boxes."

"Hotel is due for an update. Room was nice and comfortable. More electronic plugins needed. Breakfast was okay but I was expecting more based on overall reviews. My wife and I were satisfied for our one night stay."

"The room had very few amenities, not even glasses supplied in the room. And there was only one washrag and one hand towel in the room. And the bath towels supplied were very small. In addition I had to ask for a channel listing for the TV as there was none in the room. Additionally there was no information book supplied showing for instance fire exits and other amenitiesl"
