"Absolutely Wonderful! Staff is excellent, and they go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and assist in any way they can. We stayed 4 nights (Sept 2022) in the Master Suite and found the facility to be exceptional and yet not crowded. The breakfast buffet, and restaurant are well above your normal continental breakfast, they will cook you and omelet/poach eggs for you but the other food may tempt you enough that you won’t need anything cooked to order. "If you had the unfortunate experience of booking in this hotel, you show up and they offer you room 805, demand another room. It’s horrible! It’s all the way in the attic where the WiFi doesn’t even reach! The bathroom doesn’t even come with the now standard bottled water. The shower is a trickle and the hot water turns either very hot or cold while you’re showering! I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star but for the nice desk person who checked us in last night."

"The hotel is well situated in the city of Cusco. The room was clean and bathroom very efficient. Hot water was provided, however it was difficult to temper the water. The room was on the upper level and did not have heat. I slept with my coat and hat on as the temperature does drop to 36 Fahrenheit at night. I ended up staying an extra night. Check out was very painful. I needed to do get my change and processed to the airport. It took me over 30 minutes to rectify at the bar."
