"It was truly a pleasure to experience such a wonderful stay. The accommodations were exceptionally comfortable and well-appointed. Every staff member we encountered was polite and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. We particularly enjoyed the serene atmosphere and the thoughtful amenities provided. Two members of staff , Vanessa and Marina , were so kind , warm and friendly . Wonderful people that Radisson should be proud to have on their team
Only small criticism was the the room shower was really not good but it feels harsh to criticise such a fabulous hotel based on that "
