I check in at midnight after long day of travel and check out was at noon. Upon my arrival I request 1h more on my check out.. they say was ok. Then at my check out they want $ fee of another stay for 1h late checkout. Also, the room has 1 very small towel and a terrible mattress.

Hotel velho, caindo aos pedaços, ficamos sem água uma manhã inteira e os funcionários só enrolando, prometendo que voltaria em meia hora!!! Nunca tinha lugar para sentar no café da manhã. Lugar perigoso e o estacionamento fica a 200 metros do hotel, imagina andar de noite naquele lugar horrível. Nunca mais volto.

Extremamente decepcionante

Minha experiência neste hotel Rede Andrade Guaíra em Curitiba foi muito abaixo do esperado. Logo ao chegar, me deparei com um ambiente em péssimas condições: - Janelas enferrujadas e mal conservadas - Água do banheiro marrom - Paredes manchadas e com aparência de sujeira - Ausência de tomadas adequadas para carregar celular – as poucas que existiam estavam sem espelho e com fiação exposta, o que é perigoso - A TV ligava e desligava sozinha, sem explicação - O ambiente como um todo era feio, desagradável e claramente mal cuidado Diante de tantos problemas, fui encaminhada para outro hotel da rede, o que mostra que a própria equipe reconheceu a gravidade da situação. Foi uma experiência frustrante e muito distante do que o site anunciava. Espero que essa avaliação ajude outros viajantes a evitarem o mesmo transtorno.

Pessima. O hotel diz ter serviço de quarto, mas nosso quarto se manteve sujo nos 5 dias que estivemos la. O banheiro sempre estava molhado, a descarga parecia um urso preparado para atacar todo mundo do hotel de tão alto, o chuveiro era horrível, o vaso sanitário muito sujo. Péssima acustica, ouvimos todas as conversas dos outros quartos. Tivemos que implorar por um cobertor ou edredom, porque não havia nenhum disponivel no quarto. Não havia telefone no quarto.
