"Fabulous hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area and surrounding gardens are fantastic. There was even a hot air ballon for guests to do a limited flight above the hotel. Location wise it is a 500m walk to the entrance of the Waterfall Visitor Centre and about 2km from the airport. There are limited options for the evening, but after a full day the hotel has everything you would need. Thank you for a fabulous stay. "
