"Communicated a number of issues with my one night stay to Hotels.com and the property did not respond to these issues.
Issues mainly around the following:
numerous large dirty carpet stains throughout apartment;
toiletries of previous guests in bathroom (including toothpaste, shower gel, deodorant and hair spray);
cardboard and sticky tape used to secure pipes in bathroom;
various damage to furnishing including hole in blind and faulty blinds which could not be pulled up;
dirty stains on...
