"The hotel is really nice and clean. The lobby is beautiful and comfy! Love the breakfast! The food were all well prepared! Extremely impressed by the cleanliness and freshness of the fruit and salad! Staff members were friendly and helpful! Really like the location of the hotel! Connected with a big shopping mall, there are quite a few restaurants to choose! Definitely will come back again! "

"Super cute & clean location, with a bar and ice cream spot within walking distance. In the heart- downtown- of Beijing. Lots of shops/ restaurants nearby. Staff is superb! Not only did they order DD Aka Ubers for us, but they even walked us to meet our DD drivers, helped us get around on the subway and when we couldn't communicate, would happily get their Chinese to English translator out. They even checked in with us via WhatsAPP to make sure my girls and I made it to our DD after a wild night...

"Ótima hospedagem e excelente suporte da recepção. A equipe é bastante atenciosa mesmo para aqueles que não falam chinês. Me auxiliaram em serviços de cambio, transporte, lavagem de roupas, fazendo eu me sentir muito bem apoiado. "Welcoming and spacious hotel which exceeded expectations. The front desk and cleaning personnel were friendly, helpful, and patient. The rooms were quite spacious. The facilities are a bit dated, but very comfortable. Water was given to us every day. There are nice amenities the room. Buffet breakfast has nice variety."

"El hotel es dificil de encontrar , la ubicacion wue tienen en Hotel.com no es la correcta. Tuve la suerte que entre en otro hotel a 10 minutos caminando y me vinieron a buscar para no estar dando vueltas perdido . Los chicos de recepcion 10 puntos , si bien ninguno habla ingles se esfuerzan para solucionar todos los asuntos que les preguntes. El WIFI MALISIMO nunca me pude conectar , pero no.se si es culpa del hotel o alguna disposicion del gobierno que te complica un poco con las conexiones ."
