"The first room I was assigned to smelled really bad and it was hot. I went downstairs to get them to switch the room. Second room was still smelling bad but not as bad as the first one. Unfortunately they didn't have rooms on the 1st floor and my elderly aunt had to walk up and down the stairs of . The pool was empty so we weren't able to use it. We needed towels and toilet paper was told we had to go downstairs and get it ourselves. The phone in one of the rooms was not working. Would never stay in a Quality Inn again or recommend it to anyone."
