The room was cosy ,but very cold and damp !!! Staff and service excellent

Rooms are on 2 different levels so very quiet. We stayed in room 2 which was lovely, with tea & coffee etc and very welcome biscuits. No need to bring shower products as they are all provided. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of items (ordered the night before). The fruit salad was fab & I can highly recommend the omelette! My husband had the full English, which he really enjoyed. Offered more tea/coffee & toast. The hosts Jane & Mark were lovely and very helpful regarding the local area...

Everything was so fantastic, the staff were very helpful, the food was amazing. Excellent place. We will definitely be back.

Such a lovely place to stay for my friends wedding, staff were so friendly and accommodation allowing me to check in early so I could get ready. Room was comfy and clean and breakfast was delicious and such a good portion! Would 100% recommend.

Excellent stay good sized room very friendly staff easy parking on site. Special mention for the complimentary Bentley City tour the driver was absolutely brilliant

We were visiting family in the area and this fit the bill perfectly for location. The room was large and very well appointed with walk in shower in large bathroom. Toiletries were provided if required and soft bath towels. Spotlessly clean in boththe bedroom and bathroom. A kettle and mugs was available with a selection of both coffee and tea or chocolate with proper sized mugs for making it in. Being diabetic on insulin I asked if they could store more insulin in a fridge which was no problem...

Really great helpful staff dealing brilliantly in difficult situations in COVID-19. Well organised e.g. breakfast and bar. Social distancing possible with only one family in lifts at a time,etc. Reception desk staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms fairly clean. Some dated looking bits e.g. carpet stains but fine for the price.

Check in was very efficient. Room spacious and clean. En suite shower / toilet clean too. Bed was very comfortable. Wifi worked well, without any problems. Although the car park was busy, there were plenty of parking spaces. Hotel was conveniently close to a regular bus route to Norwich city centre. All staff at reception were helpful and professional, especially one clean shaven man, who printed a document for me. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name. Overall, we had a really enjoyable...

A very comfy stay in a great location for our purposes.

Everything about this Green King Inn was perfect. Its location on the river had loverly views, the food well priced, staff where excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff were friendly and excellent and location is what we expected and room and comfort was very good. The only thing we were not too happy was the free drink with the meal which was house wine as we had RED and WHITE which were not very good as we did express that to the staff there? Also There were no BRANDY in the evening on Saturday around 9pm?

I had a disabled room which was spacious and easy to manoeuvre a wheelchair around. However, the bed was low and I difficult to get in and out of.The following would have been helpful: - shelving around the sink suitcase stand higher hanging rail in wardrobe The doors in the corridor were a nightmare to get through on walking sticks or in a wheelchair. I could not have managed them on my own. Easier to go round outside of building than use corridors

Perfect stay again, only wish we could have stayed longer. Really can't wait to go back!

We came for a 2 night stay, not knowing where the hotel was when we booked it. it was an ideal location 10 mons from the city centre, buses run every half hour from a bus stop 10mins walk away.It is on the Southern ring road ideal fro the airport and exploring north Norfolk.Plenty of parking. The staff were excellent so chery and friendly, the room was spacious a 6ft bed , very comfortable, wide screen TV. Tea /coffe making facitlies, ( no Biscuits). Ensuite Bath & Shower. Bufet type...

Lovely Rustic Charm, great next to the Broad, freedom to come & go -totally idyllic for me. Quiet, peaceful and commutable to local town, train station. Relaxing and would love to return. Basic but suitable cooking facilities, hot water, good shower, comfortable accommodation.
