"We really enjoyed our stay in an old mansion. The staff were friendly and helpful, our room was clean, spacious and warm. We could hear the door closing in the corridor a few times but it did not disturb our sleep. Breakfast was perfect. We would recommend a stay at this hotel."

"Great hotel for a stop-off in Lampeter."

"This is a beautiful guesthouse. We have stayed more than once, and would not hesitate to return. Spotlessly clean. The most comfortable bed with the coziest bedsheets, just perfect for a wonderful night’s rest. The hostess is lovely. Thank you once again for a great stay."

"This is a really comfortable place to stay and a good location"

"Friendly staff. Location excellent. Room had an awesome fan so we stayed cool all night. Double glazing cut the noise out well. Comfortable bed. Unfortunately, no breakfast included but there was the option to buy one and plenty of options nearby."

"It’s a really great location and the rooms are nice with a decent shower"

"Really nice stay here during the summer holidays. Lovely view out of our room and the bar was very nice and served decent food, even for us vegans! Would recommend a stay here :)"

"Great room, lovely staff and delicious breakfast."

"Very friendly staff, lovely breakfast and a great location. "

"I felt very welcomed by everyone, lovely staff, great breakfast, the parking was gratefully appreciated. My bedroom was lovely but due to previous heatwaves, the room was very warm due to its 300 yr old construction, I opened the window for cooler air which helped a bit. Hope to return again."

"Excellent spot to stay"

"Excellent base to explore that part of Wales. Very pet friendly and hosts are very welcoming. Highly recommend this cottage as a family-friendly base for a stress free break"

"It is a real find when looking for somewhere to stay in Wales. It is a Very quirky wedding / conference / restraunt venue. The food was excellent, and as the place is a little out of the way, it was great to be able to enjoy a meal and a lovely breakfast in situ! Great views at the back of the property but it is on a main road."

"a very comfortable hotel with good restaurant and breakfast"

"A beautiful restoration of an old building with lovely hosts and staff."

"Definitely one of the best Hotels we’ve stayed at. The hosts were amazing and their attention to detail and care exceptional. A very enjoyable stay and will definitely book again if we visit Llanymddyfri."
