"This hotel was possibly the biggest bait and switch ive ever seen. The A/c in the room could barely cool a drip of water let alone a whole room. The cleanliness was subpar and I felt like id catch a disease from just existing inside. The Pest situation was out of control with Large roaches and small bugs everywhere. If you can avoid being here do so at ALL COSTS!!"

"The hotel is great for convenience, safety and location. Overall, it's a very nice hotel. The pillows on the bed though, are extremely uncomfortable. And I suggest they get some people to come in and do a deep clean of the vents. This was the vent in the bathroom. This can't be good to be breathing in."

"Hotel grounds are outdated and dirty, inside lobby looked okay on pictures and smelled clean in person. Staff was not friendly and did not seem sympathetic when i got locked out of my room due to keycard repeatedly losing programming. No staff available from 11pm to 7am. I was locked out of my room at 1am and noone was around to reprogram my key. I had to get a room across the street til the next morning. Got refused a refund by hotel and was told it was my fault. This place should not be advertised on hotels.com Never again!!"

"When I checked in, the entire room smelled of urine. I was so afraid it would get in my clothes and ruin my vacation. Not only did the room smell of urine, I requested a room with two beds and one of the beds was leaning on the floor. The bed frame was broken. When I asked for a new room, the front desk only had one more available. It had space for two beds but one was missing. Only the headboard was on the wall and there was an empty space where the bed should have been. There was a pullout couch but the front desk advised we not use it. She said the pullout couches were dangerous, broken, and filthy based on the complaints she had heard. There was no way we were staying at this hotel. We ordered an Uber and stayed somewhere else. I didn’t even bother getting a refund. The lady at the front desk was kind and helped as much as she could. I’ve never seen a hotel like this. I was visiting from out of state and assume this type of accommodation must be acceptable in Orlando. This hotel honestly should be shut down."
