Communal kitchen for free breakfast was on your own to cook or make. Bread for toast; butter; jam; milk; cereal; apple juice; orange juice; bacon and eggs. Kitchen dishes and cookware provided. Communal sitting area for eating or resting to watch TV; listen to music or read. Change of towels on request and no maid...

"Excellent value for money , room was large, large comfy bed with TV and sofa. Mini kitchen with kettle,sink,hob,microwave and fridge. En suite bath with shower. Towels provided.I only booked for the one night but would have happily stayed a week. Yes there was the odd hair and a bit of dust in places but on the whole it was clean. Its a bit dated but wouldn't expect anything less being an old building. I'd definitely be booking again."

"This is a really good value option for anyone visiting Brighton. The rooms are compact but the bed was very comfortable. The owner is friendly and sorts things out very quickly when you check in. It is also in easy walking distance of the Concorde 2 music venue. So handy if you are seeing a gig there."

"This is a lovely inn/pub in a pretty village. It was very clean and well-kept. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating. The pub has wonderful food. We tried a South African platter, and it was amazing. Would definitely recommend a stay here. "

"An excellent B&B, comfortable, clean, convenient for both Marina, beach and Lanes shopping area. Lots of restaurants close by. Bedding pristine, bed comfortable, little touches like fruit, biscuits, fridge, coffee machine all added to the welcome feel. Hosts are helpful and charming. Breakfast choices and standard top notch. I will definitely revisit."

"We stayed for 3 days after our 14-night cruise and were able to wash and dry all our clothes. The washing machine was very handy. The provided clothes hanger had seen better days but we made it work. The location was fabulous and close to heaps of restaurants and pubs. We caught the local bus to Lewes for fun and had a great day. The apartment is quiet and comfortable. We would recommend to stay here. "

"I think the lower than average price makes it value for money. Parking space not always available, council carpark across the road £5 a day. Kitchen worktops needed replacing as burn marks & laminate peels. Good large tv in lounge & bedroom. "

"We really loved the apartment. It was big, clean and beautiful. It had everything we would need and more. The only thing I would like it to have is a window or better air vent in the bathroom. The breakfast was great and we really enjoyed our staying. "
