"Very nice room close to everything the Grand Staircase National Monument has to offer. We visited the Hole in the Rock Trail, and the trail from Cannonville down through Kodachrome Basin/Grosvner Arch on south to H-89. Wonderful location for wandering along Scenic Rte 12. Check in was awkward. There was no one at the office. Once we made contact with Matt, everything went smoothly. He was very courteous and helpful. I liked the key-touch entry. Breakfast was fantastic, particularly the service. Your hostesses were amazing. Sorry I can't remember their names - but they were awesome. The shower looks like it is need of repair. The fixtures for support bars are missing, so there are holes in the walls that must catch water, because there is a slow leak coming from UNDER the tub fixture (about midway) every time you shower. The refrigerator door would not close firmly. Overall an outstanding experience. I will highly recommend your hotel for visitors traveling to the area."

"The room was spacious and very clean,the bed comfortable. The staff was only a phone call away if we needed something and very friendly. The pool and hot tub area was clean and well stocked with towels.it was nice to have laundry facilities on grounds"

"Never recieved an email until a day or two before that i couldnt check in after 9. I never planned to get there until late that night and would never have booked with them knowing it. I spent money for a whole night and ended up staying somehwere else and being charged. No message about leacing a key, nothing. Just completely left in the freezing cold without a room. Horrible "

"Room was clean, coffee maker was not. We saw no staff as there was only email communication with a code to get into the cabin. Bryce Canyon was beautiful. This was an okay stay - not my favorite place I’ve stayed, but not bad."
