"Staff was excellent! The food and "room" were excellent. Location to Bryce and Kodachrome canyon were great. Heat and AC were a bit awkward to figure out....but once we understood them, they worked great. Sky view at night was outstanding. It was difficult to determine which wall switches controlled the lights/fan/etc. Considering the size of the room, figuring out light switches should be easy. (never found the switch that controlled the light in the ceiling above the bathroom that was lighting our ceiling). Our wall outlets and WIFI didn't work when we checked in, but issues was addressed quickly! Thank you. Food prices and Wine/Beer prices were reasonable. Meals a service were great. The cocktail prices were steep and the amount of liquor in drink was not worth the price. We realize Utah controls the alcohol amount per drink, but the price was not in line with the drink volume. ($20 for about 1/4' of bourbon/vermouth in a Manhattan....and that includes the big cube...was not even a shot of combined liquid.) We would definitely stay here again."

"Clean spacious cabin. Staff was very helpful. Very quite. Able to purchase a lite breakfast from the lobby. Limited options for lunch and dinner in the town of Tropic. The town of Tropic was about 10 miles from Bryce Canyon entrance, but you need a personal car to take full advantage of the beauty of the park."

"We had to ask for a new room as there was a 1/2 inch gap at the front door and a musty smell. It didn’t seem right to get a upcharge for basic expectations. The new room was better but not by a lot. Stains on the carpet and our room was not cleaned during our 2 day stay. 😞 if you’re on a budget and don’t mind rougher conditions then you might not mind. I will say the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The front desk staff were willing to give us two options, so that was nice. It looked like they had some newer units so make sure you request one of those if you want a better quality stay. They have a restaurant but we didn’t eat there."

"We walked in the cabin and there was a nasty smell. There were dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom and one bed had been used along with the pillows! We turned around and went back to the registration m. We demanded our money back but the woman behind the counter said Expedia doesn’t pay them until the next day. She confirmed she would credit our credit card."

"Best stay of our two week trip. We enjoyed the views and the amenities. The small touches made us feel welcome. The drip coffee in the room was excellent. We appreciated the snacks, extra towels, blankets if you wanted to suit outside and enjoy the views, the Apple charger, great shower and the separate heater for the bathroom. Thank you for a great stay."
