"Staff was okay, neither overly friendly or rude. The room had a layer of dust on most surfaces, the phone and headboards were particularly bad. It was noisy quite frequently, between door slams at varying hours and chatter in the front desk area. Outside of that the stay was fine."

"The rooms could've been cleaner. An empty orange soda can was sticking from under the couch, looked like a small child may have left hand prints/smears on bathroom door frame after eating possibly. The staff was amazing, the common area were spotless, breakfast was great especially the warm cinnamon rolls and coffee. We were always greeted and asked if we needed anything. Overall nice place to stay when in town."

"Noisy room, we heard the elevator all night. The mattress was old and soft. They gave us an accessibility room when I explicitly chose one that was but on Hotels.com. The shower was in a bathtub with a diverter to a small hand held hose and the diverter was broken so you couldn't use the overhead shower. The fan in the bathroom was really loud. The refrigerator didn't keep our food cold. "
