"This hotel was fun and very much could be a nice place to be with the kids. But unfortunately 2 out of the 3 nights the hallways were filled with smoke and the smell of marijuana and my son ended up having breathing issues. The staff acted like they didn't know but several of us moms had complained so I know the cleaning staff and security all smelled it as well and no one choose to do anything. Until people started actually leaving to get their kids away from it. "

"I was disappointed with the parking situation because you have to pay for parking which is fine but then you can’t even park in front of the room you are staying at if you are on the first floor but to add to it you have to go find your own parking spot that has been sold to people that aren’t even guests at the hotel so it makes the start of the trip already bittersweet so I don’t think I will be returning to this hotel because it’s too much of an inconvenience."

"The pool was clean. This property certainly has seen it's better days. They have tried to up grade but used residential flooring and it does not hold up in a commercial setting. The floor was never cleaned while we were there. They didn't take out any trash. It is just not up to be called a Disney good neighbor property."
