"Hotel & location of hotel were great. Staff was not great. First night we did not have AC. We notified the staff & they said all rooms were booked and they would move up to a different room. Next day, we notified again and were moved to a room. We had to move all of our luggage from one room to the other with no assistance & no compensation for no AC."

I thought the poster in our bedroom welcoming us in was just the cutest thing ever. The room and the whole area was very clean, comfortable beds, great pillows. I would stay again! "

"Honestly could not have asked for a better stay! Breakfast, amazing. Tram right at the front to ride into Zions, fire pits to roast marshmallows or just enjoy a night fire, kids loved the pool, rooms were amazing and cozy. Beautiful views! We absolutely loved our stay!!! Will be going back ! "
