"Got breakfast vouchers to use at two different local restaurants, breakfast at both restaurants were excellent. This was like a B&B, our first experience and it was great. The location was a mile from Zion’s entrance, easy walk or you could take a shuttle (which we did not see too often, I recommend to walking). We parked the car and never moved it until we left. Rooms are unique, each of the ten rooms are names after authors and decorated to a novel that the author wrote."

"We had a two-night stay. On our first morning, we left at 10:30 am and asked the housekeeper to please clean our room. We returned in late afternoon...the room hadn't been touched. Called the front desk manager and asked for the room to be cleaned..."Sorry, no can do! We can bring you new towels, though." I wasn't happy, so I asked for the GM to contact me. I never got the towels and never heard back from anybody. Called again the next morning to ask to speak with the general manager..."Sorry, she's on her day off today. Maybe she can call you on Sunday (four days later) if she has time." Not what you'd expect from a Hyatt Hotel. This location needs new management."

"The parking lot was horrible very awkward spaces. Swimming pool was dirty. Room was large, however there was no microwave and coffeemaker. Those are basic amenities. There was one small coffeemaker in the lobby for the whole place and coffee was not available several days in a row. The tv remote did not work and was reported but not taken care of. I would not recommend staying here."

"Zebadiah was so helpful. He went out of his way to help us with a wine bottle we couldnt get open. He was always smiling, and happy to help. April gave me the best pedicure. Our only complaint was the male massage guy was rude to my grandson . I really dont appreciate paying alot of money to be treated badly "
