"Good value for the price we paid."

"The parking lot was horrible very awkward spaces. Swimming pool was dirty. Room was large, however there was no microwave and coffeemaker. Those are basic amenities. There was one small coffeemaker in the lobby for the whole place and coffee was not available several days in a row. The tv remote did not work and was reported but not taken care of. I would not recommend staying here."

"Novel House was a special and unique experience. The staff was very attentive and helpful. It's a beautiful place to stay with many interesting features and special touches. Our room was fun and different and very comfortable. Breakfast is not served on site but we were given vouchers for two restaurants within close walking difference. The next time we are in Springdale, I plan to arrange to stay at the Novel House for longer than one night. It's a unique gem."

"Zebadiah was so helpful. He went out of his way to help us with a wine bottle we couldnt get open. He was always smiling, and happy to help. April gave me the best pedicure. Our only complaint was the male massage guy was rude to my grandson . I really dont appreciate paying alot of money to be treated badly "

"I've been on a long trip across several states, staying at Hampton Inns. This was by far the best. The property is beautiful, and the breakfast was outstanding. They used real cheddar cheese in the omelet and added chives. They also had fresh fruit and everything tasted good."
