"Great location. The included breakfast at Porter’s was good. Within walking distance to several shops, bike/hiking gear rental venues, restaurants, and the Springdale shuttle line stop. Not a far walk to the Zion National Park Visitor’s Center if you’d rather not wait for the shuttle. Nice to have a balcony overlooking the beautiful scenery. The only hiccup and it wasn’t much, just felt the carpeting inside the hallways of the building we stayed in could use updating. Good size room, bathroom and comfortable bed/bedding."

When we first arrived we were early and our room wasn’t ready but they gave us a parking pass so we parked in front of our room then used the shuttles around town and the park. The grab and go breakfast was plenty of food continental type. Solid 4."
