We arrived early, so weren't expecting to be able to check in. No problem whatsoever, we were welcomed, found the room was ready and got checked in straight away. This enabled us to get out and see Paris far earlier than expected. The hotel room was extremely well appointed, comfortable and clean. The hotel is quirky and very well decorated. We were thrilled with our room, it was immaculately clean and fresh with modern decor. It felt welcoming and the bed was really comfortable.The kitchenette was very useful and well equipped, ( washing up liquid and teatowel would have been welcome as we did not want to leave a mess for the cleaners). The main pleasure for us was the terrace overlooking the rooftops of Paris. Wonderful to sit in peace and quiet after busy days with a glass of wine. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful....

Very great hotel! Firstly the location, there are many bus stops and metro stations nearby, very close to the Champs Elysees and the Louvre. Secondly the safety, the neighbourhood streets are very clean and the quality of the people is very high, never had any unpleasant incidents. Third is the attitude of the staff, it is very warm, when you come back to the hotel after a tiring journey, it is as warm as home. Fourth is the interior of the room, without a doubt the cleanest room I have ever...

Starting from the concierge who were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The facilities cosy and lovely. The hotel rooms themselves were very well designed and extremely clean.

We were very lucky and had a free room upgrade to a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. We have had many trips to Paris and I can honestly say this was the best room we have ever had. It was very spacious with everything you could want for a lovely stay. It was unique in that not only could you see the tower from the bed but from the shower too. This must be the best room in the hotel. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpfule and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay. Room was quite small but had a very big bathroom. It was quiet despite being next to the lift. Close to public transport. Would definitely stay there again.

I booked this hotel for my wife’s 50th birthday after looking at many different hotels...it was incredible. The decor, staff, location, room, facilities, breakfast and cocktails were far beyond what I’d hoped for. The rooms are soundproof and you literally can’t hear anything! We have stayed in Paris many times but never the same hotel...this one is ours and we will fit our flights around their availability. Thank you Mihaela, Su and the team; you made a special event unforgettable.

The staff were absolutely lovely, greeted us every time we entered and left the building. Room facilities were really good, modern, fresh, new, plus we were upgraded - much appreciated on my first trip to Paris. Lovely view over the marina, excellent location, good transport links, felt safe, nice walking area. Close to both a metro station and the Seine. Plenty of shops nearby plus corner restaurants on every street.

A great hotel in a great location only 2 minutes walk from the metro Charles le gaule etoille and near the Arc de Triomphe/Champs Elysee. The gentleman on reception was very welcoming and freindly. We arrived around 11 and left our luggage in the luggage room which was great and checked in later around 4.30. I recently spent 4 nights at this hotel with my fiancé and our 2 year old daughter. The hotel is in a great location, especially for the Eiffel Tower, and the hop on, hop off boat that travels down the Seine. The rooms are clean, a good size but what impressed my most was the staff. They were friendly, polite and profession and I would specifically like to mention Aurelie who was superb and was happy to go above and beyond throughout the duration of our stay

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff who were very attentive to our needs. Lovely rose petal and macaron surprise upon arrival as it was a special occasion. Up to date technology and nice rooms which were kept clean. Beautiful lobby and bar spaces. Would love to come back sometime in the future.
