"This is the only correct lodging choice for Coral Springs. Helpful staff, everything is clean, and it is so nice. The breakfast is top tier. I forgot her name unfortunately, but I had the nicest lady assist me during breakfast who made me feel very at home. We had a great conversation, she was from Morocco. However she payed very good attention to the clients, giving myself and everyone a high level of positive customer service."

"Abysmal. Upon entry, had a bad feeling as there were random people working on a car in the parking lot who immediately pointed at my wife and I and expressed an oddly high level of interest in our truck. Chalking it up to just the area, we continued inside. The hotel smelled of sweat, cigarette ash, and cheap cleaner. The hallway was dirty, the elevator had grimy buttons, and the musty smell got worse the farther we went. The hotel room had stained floors, torn bed headboard, and some unknown dried substance next to the refrigerator. We checked out immediately. I've stayed in some ratty hotels, but this one takes the cake as the worst. This hotel needs to be shut down and the building condemned."

"Needs to be renovated. I had to ask the lady at the front desk if it was a motel or inn. The doors in the room had rust. The elevator was barely working.people was sleeping in the lobby chairs. I don't like it.!!"

"Just a heads-up, the staff will be knocking on your door, and they may be surprised if you’re still in the room at 10 AM. It felt a bit rude because we understood that checkout time is 11 AM. It would have been more appropriate to receive a courtesy call as a reminder rather than an unexpected knock, especially from someone who didn’t even smile and didn’t say good morning. she looked upset that we were still in the room and not checking out right away."

"They did not provide any hand towels, and even though I checked in with 3 guests. We'll need two bath towels and two washcloths were available"
