Lovely property with a beautiful aspect. Dinner was great and location fabulous.

I booked this hotel simply because it was the only 5 star in San Sebastian, which was close to Mugaritz Restaurant, where I had booked a lunch surprise for my husbands birthday. The hotel, and indeed San Sebastian, turned out to be the stars of the trip. Mugaritz was lovely but this hotel is absolutely one of the best we have ever stayed in. We stay in top quality hotels all over the world, but this seriously is up there with them, without any of the fuss, arrogance or ego! We would stay...

Nice clean room, helpful staff, in a great location

To stay at this hotel is to experience gracious living and elegance at its very best. We started coming here three years ago.to celebrate our wedding anniversary and now make a point of coming back each year. The hotel remembers each year the reason for our stay without reminding and go out of their way to make our celebration special. It is little touches like this that make the Palais the very special hotel that it is. Apart from the hotel, Biarritz is a very special place to visit. It should...

We had a fabulous room in the main house and stayed with our two dogs … great place … a little gem … clean room … staff fantastic … gardens to walk dogs … one of our favs

We only use hotels as a stopover on our drive to Spain so we don't get to enjoy the facilities to the full. As we have a dog with us the hotel needs to be dog friendly, that's why we picked this one this time ( we have stayed in Biarritz before but try to stay somewhere different each time ). The receptionist was lovely, very polite and her English was better than our French ! She gave us a map of the area and even offered to babysit the dog if we wanted to go out to a restaurant ( the hotel...

Charming owners and a wonderful breakfast spread was delivered to our apartment door every morning. Take care with power-shower, drainage v poor and had a tendency to flood bathroom and bedroom. The local facilities are limited in the preparation for the festivals so be prepared to travel further away for restaurants etc.

This place is absolutely stunning. Located in the hills, it will provide you with stunning views, fresh air, and the piece and quiet that you need. The foods is exquisite and of Michelin star standard - make sure you try the souffle desert. The service is excellent, always there to help - these people really know what they are doing!

Villa was good but felt are around was very quiet but lovely Tried to go out for drink locally but places insisted upon eating food which we did not want to do so didn't bother don't like people hasling People at Villa tip rate and the area is very nice will be back but may try somewhere where the bars are not so fussy about people drinking not wanting to eat all the time The condition of peppery was exceptional apart from air condition which we could not stop

Great little hotel to use on your way to Southern Spain. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Restaurant is extremely good value and food is excellent. Staff are very helpful and speak good English.

Lovely hotel, rooms cleaned every day, food and drink good and reasonably priced. Nice pool and pool area, staff very friendly and efficient. Would definitely use them again.

The view is the best ever! You wont regret it. Best weve had
