The owner and her son are extremely kind and welcoming, making you feel like you are part of the family! The place is quiet and in a great location to explore the nearby turistic attractions like the Dali museum and Cadaques. The place itself it’s really nice and very good for families with children. We had a wonderful time there and recommend it 100% !

Great hotel

Gorgeous hotel, Such lovely staff, especially Lourdes, and all very helpful. The library and common areas are very comfortable, as was our room!

Clean room, very friendly staff and all round good hotel. Dog friendly at €20 a night and car park at €20 per night. Plenty of on street parking at this time of year 😀

A lovely visit; helpful staff, well appointed room. Made big effort to find us a table in their restaurant as was already full when we arrived. We had great meal

The hotel is on a hill surrounded by forested mountains and farmland. The location away from a main road ensures the noises of birds and nearby cows are the only thing to hear - it's a beautiful place to unwind and properly relax. The size of the hotel is perfect: it is small enough to ensure that there is space at the outdoor pool (~20 metres) on a hot day. The (free) spa - with sauna, steam room and indoor pool - is a good option if the weather lets you down. There are many facilities...

Best location and food !!

We had a great time as the hotel de Palafrugell. Superb location, really friendly and helpful staff and delicious breakfast. Hope we will be back soon. Huge thanks to all the staff

We had a sea view balcony room which felt very well thought out, modern, bedding comfortable. Totally pleased with our stay. Receptionist explained what we needed to know and we would recommend without any hesitation.

A good place to stay if you prefer the beach and being close to the action. Relatively quiet street with a nice outdoor area.

Great location lovely staff especially Olga on reception who made our stay so memorable

Fantastic stay, Hydro Spa is amazing as were all the staff! Location for us was perfect as we hired a car to go to some beautiful fishing villages and restaurants (ask the reception staff they will recommend some).

Such a lovely stay at Alta House. Super clean rooms, comfy bed, great breakfast included. All the staff were extremely helpful. The hotel has reserved spaces in a car park about 5min walk from hotel which is 8euros a day, which is more expensive than the public car park cost but finding a space in the public spaces was really challenging so thankful for the car parking space offered by the hotel. Would recommend to anyone visiting Begur!

This was a wonderful hotel just a minute away from the seaside with a very traditional location at the heart of Tossa De Mar. We came a bit early and the reception was very helpful in organising an early check in. The family room was very traditional with a unique style and spot on in cleanliness. The rooms were cleaned at regular intervals. We liked the traditional breakfast served downstairs in a serene atmosphere. The aircon worked well and the system appeared modern with easy to use. We had an amazing weekend here. The staff is highly service-minded and goes over and beyond to assist you. The hotel is as it looks in the marketing material, a really lovely inspirational place. The hotel is impeccably clean. With COVID-19 the hotel has adapted and it felt very safe. The only slightly less positive comment is regarding the Spa, it's very full and I couldn't get any treatment there during our two night/three days stay.
