De pánico

El tren pasa por la colindancia trasera del hotel. Y pasa tres veces en la madrugada sonando el claxon, silbato, o como se llame, a todo lo que da, desde dos cuadras antes y hasta tres cuadras después, no duermes bien en toda la noche y hasta despiertas sobresaltado y cuando ya por fin logras conciliar un poco el sueño, a las 7:00 a.m. en punto, ¿ que crees ? vuelve a pasar el tren con todo el claxon abierto a todo lo que da, como si fuera el despertador del hotel. Que entre paréntesis, solo es simpático en la fachada FATAL, deberían regresarme mi dinero.

el hotel se oferta con alberca, la cual se encuentra en mantenimiento desde hace 15 días sin ningún aviso previo por parte del hotel, al solicitar reembolso me comentan que hasta el día lunes que se encuentre la contadora revisaran si es posible el rembolso siendo causas imputables al hotel

Comodidad, diversión y originalidad

La habitación familiar es acogedora, limpia, te hace sentir como en el hogar, es divertido para los niños y jovenes, motivos muy originales con una vista hermosa de las montañas. El estacionamiento cerca de la habitación es excelente y seguro. Gracias a todos por su hospitalidad.

EXELENTE atención, servicio y comodidad; el hotel es de un tipo colonial y el nombre lo dice todo es como un pueblito; la atención es buena. La alberca está un poco fría el agua pero en general está muy bien. Si lo recomendamos.

El hotel en su buenos tiempos se ve que fue excelente, sin embargo como suele pasar, el prestigio acaba, el perosnal fue amable aunque no todos, y las instalaciones sumamente deterioaradas, sin embargo, al check-out un gran apoyo al permitirte hacerlo 1:30 horas despues, debido al trafico para llegar, creo que podrían invertir en los detalles y volvería aser grande!!!
