Nice place

The hotel is beautiful. Service was excellent. Items that need attention, the room TV was never fixed, and the exercise equipment was actually unsafe to ride due to mechanical issues. Outside of that, it was great.

Check in was very disappointing. The didn’t give you your room until exactly 3pm even though the room was ready. They wanted to charge more for an early check in. We arrived at 2:45pm and they made us wait for 15 minutes for nothing! Other hotels will allow you to check in if the room is ready when you arrive.

Desde la llegada informe no funciona caja fuerte y me ignoraron no se reparo. El aire acondicionado no. Funciona bien también se reportó y no se revisó. El restaurante no funcionó un dia por ausencia de la cocinera y otro dia demoraron es evidente no hay personal para atender la demanda. La basura del cuarto no se recolectó por comoleto. Definitivamente mala experiencia
