"The older lady on reception was very helpful and gave us our requested room. We would have marked higher but some of the new staff are letting the hotel down. Having stayed at the hotel lasy year the staff we are familiar with are still very friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast service is efficent and organised. Loved our holiday but at times there was a strange atmosphere."

"We were the first checked in after they refined and reopened. Even though still unfinished refining… Was excellent service from all of staffs. Really enjoyed staying,all smiling faces especially Katerina, Alex, Aristos,Roshan,Andrea…Agatha..pool attendants..all were very diligent and organized workers..and sorry can’t remember all staff’s name. First impression of Cyprus is really unforgettable. Would really love to stay if our holiday in Cyprus again. Hopefully more warmer weather...

"This villa was very clean when we arrived and we received a welcome pack of milk, bread and jam etc, which we didn't expect - a lovely touch. We also had a personal visit from Alice who made sure we had all we needed and kept us up to date during our stay with things we might want to do or visit. No hall light, no hairdresser light.toilet had problem with flush button which was a distraction and tv had only a few channels ,which i found out at 9pm. Not a good the lighting , but model apt. "The property was excellent, spacious beds, good communication with the manager Harry, basically everything you need. Lovely swimming pool. Only minor things to improve...ie a shelf to put your toiletries in the bathroom, and the jacuzzi ( hot tub to be working) other than that its all fantastic ! Loved the villa its amazing !
