The room was clean, we initially had 2 single beds but asked to change to 1 double bed, to which they changed early in the morning as we arrived late. There was a good variety of food in the restaurant, and the aesthetic of the hotel was fabulous. The staff were very polite and helpful and very friendly. I want to start by saying I had an amazing holiday. The beach was stunning, the sea so clear we had a great time snorkelling, the staff were excellent, so attentive and friendly, the all inclusive was fantastic. Had a short but sweet stay here whilst attending a wedding in the Coral bay area. This hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff were excellent throughout my stay. Victoria in particular was very helpful as we had some flight issues coming and going. Would highly recommend.

Could not fault this hotel at all. The food and cocktails were amazing, the rooms were amazing and the Tom Ford perfume outside each room was a lovely touch. We even got an eye mask and scrunchie off the maids one night. The maids were lovely and kept our room super clean and changed our towels constantly! Excellent relaxing stay. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Europe. Food choices were excellent and the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. The gym was one on the best equipped we’ve ever seen at a hotel.

Very nice , very clean hotel with beautiful view. Kosher food Not for those using public transport. You will need taxi to come down the hill. But hotel provides free transportation once a day.

Venue exceptionally clean and very quiet. Breakfast ample & well presented. Staff courteous and always willing to tend to any matter arising. Pool was unheated but clean and crystal clear. Additional meals could be arranged by appointment with chef. We will be returning. Not so much a hotel but a private villa which you immerse yourself in and enjoy the relaxed ambiance.

Hotel is an apartment hotel cotering for all types of board. The majority of guests either self cater or bed and breakfast. The rooms have the facility for self catering including a fridge with freezer compartment. The hotel is overlooking Coral Bay and has beautiful views from the rooms. Excellent hotel, fantastic food and drinks All staff were so lovely, couldn't do enough for you. Worth paying extra and staying in the adults only side of the hotel for peace and quiet and lots of nice little extras. Best food I've ever had at an all inclusive resort. Great atmosphere.
