"I looked at the reviews before booking the room and really didn't believe the content. The first impression was the phone call that I made to the hotel to advise them that I would be checking in after 10pm. The phone rang, maybe 3 times -- it could have been 2 because it shocked me when there was a human answering the phone. The guy who answered was polite, seemed alert, and very professional in his service. I arrived later than expected but was greeted by a female who was again, polite, alert, and professional. At this point the room could have been a dump and I wouldn't have any complaints because my earlier dealings with the staff leads me to think that they take pride in their customers satisfaction and would find remedies to any complaints. Yet the room was fine so no camplaints. I liked the location which is just off of the highway. The service here was outstanding with the three people that I had the pleasure of dealing with being JUST BEAUTIFUL. All were pleasant and professional at each encounter - I more than appreciate that. I rarely leave a review but here is a chance to thank you guys for a pleasant stay and I look forward to seeing you again."

He assisted us in finding our room and also surprised my kids with a little treat. What a great way to be welcomed! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone. "Stayed at Hilton Atlanta to go to a concert at Mercedes Benz stadium. The hotel is very nice with four restaurants. Lots of space and a lot of places to walk to. Room was clean and lived the Coffemate coffee creamer in the room!"
