"Friendly, helpful staff, especially the gentleman who checked very promptly when we accidentally set off the alarm in our accessibility room. Restaurant staff very pleasant too. "
"Beautiful hotel, very clean and helpful staff the reception staff Rene and his ladies team were so helpful and understanding I am glad to book my Doncaster holiday in this hotel
Thanks "
"It was a very basic hotel and there were some savoury characters staying there but the staff were helpful when required and the electric car charger worked perfectly so that was a bonus for us. The toilet door wouldn’t stay closed and the handle was coming off."
"Well-appointed B&B, very comfortable rooms and excellent provision for breakfast (considering it is in the room). Hosts are welcoming and definitely got the impression they really care about looking after their guests. Will be back!"
"the room had a smell like old appliances smell, the wall in the bath tub were not cleaned and I had no hot water in the middle of the night around 1am as I wanted to shower after a long wedding day. Overall stay was okay"

"Very friendly, yet professional staff, also very efficient, the room was exceptionally clean, in all areas and all the room facilities were excellent........there was an excellent choice for breakfast, catering for everyone, everything was fresh, the cooked food was hot and a great choice of drinks, hot and cold.......we didn't use the bar, but it looked very clean with a good range of drinks.......all in all a very enjoyable stay and we'll definitely be back, thank you. "
"Lovely hotel, have stayed before now needs a bit of paint here and there and shower head needs replacing in room 314, but have to say it’s just a bit of maintenance required nothing else "
"Overnight stop en route from London to Keswick.
We were made very welcome by reception and the room was warm, clean and comfortable, especially the bed.
The evening meal was pricey for what was basically a bar meal, but the quality was high. We would have welcomed a "Senior's Portion" as we felt unable to tackle the attractive dessert menu.
In the morning, a hot shower and a excellent hearty breakfast set us on our way."
"Room was clean and spacious , bed comfy and a good breakfast. Only negative was that there was only one tea bag on the hospitality tray and two small sachets of milk. "
