Both rooms were absolutely incredible, fresh, clean and so comfy we didnt want to leave! And the rooms were so cheap i couldn't believe my eyes. Highly recommend

Park House Hotel
Breakfast was really good. Fast friendly service The hotel was spotless. Good choice of drinks we were made to feel very welcome. Quick check in.

Great stay, got a free upgrade from the orchid room to 1760 which was a lovely two bedroom suite, great decor and superb little touches. The place to stay in Preston.
