After a long and tiring drive over the mountains and forests from Eureka, we got a very warm and friendly welcome at Quality Inn Chico, and we were very pleased with the facilities in our room, and a big shout out to housekeeping, who had made sure our room was fresh and clean and perfect - a great way to relax after such a drive!
Our room backed onto the street behind and I was woken at 5am by a garbage truck emptying the trash, so if you’re a light sleeper you might want to ask if you can...

From the moment we arrived the staff were super helpful and couldn't do enough for you.
Our room was clean and fresh, having a fridge and microwave was a big plus for us, altho i never figured out how to make a cuppa tea with the coffee machine. :)
We ate from either the Deli or the Casino restaurant, taking our food back to our room due to my daughter being poorly. the NewYork Strip was just delicious, and the breakfasts from the deli equally so.
