We visited that hotel 3 years ago and it was terrible. Rooms not set up, no working ice machine in the building, no refrigerator. This time it was just right.

Centrally Located House in Chico w/ Gas Grill
The house was perfect for the 4 of us. We were staying for parent weekend. It wasn't too far to walk downtown. Host was very quick in getting back to us.

Spacious Downtown Chico Home ~ Half Mile to Csu!
The home was large and spacious and it met our accomodation needs. I loved the large, beautiful, shady front yard. We didn't feel comfortable using the back yard since people lived right there. Parking on the street was a bit difficult on the long weekend. Lots of others cars we parked on the street. ...
