"Breakfast ..eggs were gross! Sausage was greasy. Maybe get those little egg bite cups or scrambled eggs. I'd like to see some juices offered! ALDI has a 100% OJ..not from concentrate..might want to consider that. Jets on hot tub were not forceful at all! Barely on. Might need a good scrubbing or some maintenance. Not a bad place..but not great... They're in the process of replacing toikets and blinds. Might want to consider centering the King bed to the wall/room. Side by windows was difficult to enter snd put a table for sleep machine.."

"Be was comfortable, but the door in the bathroom was literally peeling off, the towels had stains, there was dog or pet hair all over the carpet upon entering the room. Definitely needs to lower their pricing. Worth about 40$ a night. "

"Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast area was clean and the food was good. The pool is very small and my kids love to swim, but the pool got really crowded. They only had 2 luggage carts which was really inconvenient. We were in town for a dance competition and had a lot of luggage to carry out. Parking was easy. "

"My stay with Hampton Inn in Naperville was wonderful. The front desk helped me so much because I did not have a reservation as previously thought. Unfortunately my reservation was at Holiday Inn but I was unaware of it because no confirmation email was sent . Hampton Inn only had one room available but I was so thankful to get that room by being a Honor member . The location was great because everything was in walking distance for the great food and shopping. Thank you, Hampton Inn for having my back."

"It took 2 weeks of me calling to get my deposit back. They kept telling me it was sent just wait and I would wait and it would never come so I call back and they tell me the exact same thing. They will try so hard to not refund your deposit. Also the rooms are disgusting. They smell terrible and musty, the ac barely works, the towels are old and dingy and look like they don't use bleach. The wifi does not work and the TV didn't even have a remote so you couldn't even use it. The bed sinks in almost like you're laying on a air mattress. The staff is rude. NONE of the lamps worked. It was just a terrible stay I do not recommend"
