"Great place to stay if you have an early flight at SFO. Super convenient ~ about 1.5 to 2 miles away from the airport. The price was reasonable and the room was clean and quiet. The BEST part was the free parking in a well-lit safe area right next to the reception desk. I would stay there again."

"Front desk staff was not personable and will not go out of their way for you. The room is basic and served its purpose of spending a night before an early morning flight. The room was right next to the highway, so I had whizzing highway traffic noise combined with airplanes taking off. I absolutely recommend earplugs. "

"I booked business suite hoping it would be better than regular rooms but it was terrible. Molds and spots are everywhere in the room and bathroom. I am not coming back to this hotel again and recommend same to everyone!! Worst nightmare experience "

"Staff at breakfast was friendly but front desk did not know where laundry room in the hotel was, they said it was in one of the floors when we called and we had to stop by all of them to find it. Room smelled weird and there was barely no water coming out of the bathroom sink. AC did not work the whole night, it kept turning off and was extremely noisy. Website said parking was complimentary and we had to pay more than $20 per night to park at the hotel parking spot (there was nothing else around us, no stores and no commerce so the parking was for guest only)"
