"Heated towels and heated commode seats were such a surprise and nice touch! We arrived on June 17 and stayed in the Charles Dickens Suite! We were celebrating my 76 the birthday. My sister and her husband shared the room and I got the alcove with the twin bed! On June 30, we came back and stayed for the 52nd anniversary of my sister and her husband! We stayed in the very same suite! The breakfast vouchers was such a wonderful treat! We will be coming back to Colorado next summer and I fly into Colorado Springs from Texas! It is our hope to stay with you again! We loved Manitou Springs and the Cliff House! We loved it! We had one small glitch that our keys would NOT work. Have going back to the desk two more times, a kind young man came with a “real key” that we had to use. Then, a small mix up with our luggage after we valeted. After two hours, we finally got our luggage and were able to make our 5:30 dinner reservations. It would have been nice to have had our parking compensated for the inconvenience. But, this will not stop us for coming again next year! It bespeaks volumes for your establishment for us to stay twice in 17 days! We all agreed that we wanted to go back to the Cliff House!"

"I was a little nervous at first because I was noticing a lot of homeless in the area. But we had no issues, the breakfast was great, free parking, and it was close to all the activities we did. My family that stayed at a holiday inn 15 minutes north of us in a “better” area actually got robbed IN THE HOTEL. Someone stole a purse and they had a getaway driver. So here we were thinking we were in a not so good area but our weekend was fantastic with absolutely no issues. Hotel was clean and rooms were great."

"The nicest room we've stayed in in quite awhile. SO quiet, comfy beds, great a/c, nice bathroom, TV worked, good lighting. Would have liked a few breakfast options with fewer carbs/sugar. My wife is diabetic, and most everything offered was pastry, bread, sugary cereal. Also, very limited seating in the lobby for breakfast."
