"Great place to stay before a cruise"

"The staff at this hotel was really great. Any time we had a question or a concern the people at the front desk were right on top of it. The staff that was in charge of taking care of us in our room were awesome. They came by our room every morning to make sure we had everything we needed. Everybody there was wonderful! Oh and the breakfast we had every morning was always good!!"

"I appreciated the wood floors and cleanliness of your hotel. My only issue is that I wish they would keep the pets limited to specified floors. When booking the reservation, I made sure to ask and was told pets would be only on the first two floors, yet when I checked in and they gave me the 4th floor, I walked past two rooms in the 4th floor with barking dogs. When I inquired why they were not on the designated floors as I was told, they said it was due to “service dogs.” This still is NOT cool to do. I should have been told the truth. "
