Rafael our concierge was great! He booked us restaurants, made sure we had carts anytime we needed,& made us feel right at home! Resort room was beautiful! Beach was clean and big. Food was good!

We did an excursion from our hotel to smoked out in the reef, but it was dead. We did see some fish. Then went to this place and swam with Norse Sharks, held a sting ray and was kissed by a sea lion. I wish we had done the dolphin half.
