"Rooms were clean, bed was hard as heck. Staff?! The lady that checked us in was nice but the restaurant staff was horrendous!! Asked for a menu and the guy walked us to the bar. He forgot that fast that he was supposed to get us a QA code. A lady asked us if we needed help and she did. Called the front desk to ask about the restaurant and no one answered. My husband walked downstairs and walked to the restaurant Victorious and no one came to help. We were about to drop money because we’re foodies and they missed out. And we definitely would NOT recommend the hotel and/or restaurant. The front of the building was extremely dirty. I know you can’t control the people outside but you should have someone maintaining at least the front of the building. I did like that they had dog treats for the doggies. As for breakfast.. we didn’t even try after the night before. "

"I loved my stay! Check in was easy, my room smelled so good when I walked in, it was quiet, my bed was comfy & the best part was the bar/restaurant. Food was good & inexpensive plus the bartender was great to talk to, I will be coming back when I’m in the area again!"

"The staff was decent. Breakfast was good. Other than that the place is an absolute dump. The hallways are dirty and smell bad. I booked a suite 2bdr room which was very spacious. It has the potential to be a nice place if it went so dirty. It smelled like a toilet when in the entire room. All the furniture is ripped l, stained and outdated. The carpet was the worse part. Stained and not vacuumed. Honestly if I didn’t pay for the weekend, I would’ve left after the first night. Shower was broke in one room. Sinks clogged."

"Great location, easy access in and out of the Harbor. Great restaurants within walnut distance. "

"Excellent location right on waterfront and next to concert venue. Expected city noise, didn’t expect overnight construction activity. Very difficult for parking, festival and concert, limited options. Reservation was booked for 2 Queen beds and when we checked in, the front desk said because it was booked through third party, they were at liberty to change the room to a king room and they were sold out! Okay… we took that option but certainly wouldn’t have booked the property if that had been known in advance. Oh well… life goes on and we enjoyed visiting the area."
