Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and decorated tastefully in heritage style. The breakfast & dinner buffet at Pepper was super delicious. The location is a little remote, however great to explore the old town of Cochin but far away from beaches to swimming.

Great hotel. The staff were fantastic, very proud and very friendly. Nothing was too much for them. Very quiet and the passing ships are a nice distraction. Facilities were first class and the smell inside the hotel just stays with you throughout your stay. The location is a little too far from the the airport, but that is a small blessing. I look forward to going there again.

Beautiful property, exemplary service. The hotel does a lot of little things to make your stay special.
