"It's a place to flop in a quiet, economically struggling but beautiful area. Adjacent to the hospital, walkable to local shops, restaurant / bar on premises, easy access to Delaware River. Basic amenities - everything reminds of great-grandma's home including the tepid shower, the wash basin in your bedroom, and the low bed with a springy mattress.
