"The hotel is superb and the staff is attentive and friendly. I would suggest improving the quality and speed of the breakfast buffet and à la carte, there’s a lot on display, however not much that really speaks Peruvian, and waiting time for an omelette is at least thirty minutes on a not very busy day. Same with the restaurant, one would expect a better quality. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend nonetheless."

Which cause us time to looking for the bus, in the state of confusion, mislead by local driver, who changed us 200 sole to the hotel. I messaged the hotel twice, ahead of time, however without any response. Although the stay is nice, but non-responsive from hotel created unpleasant experience in Lima"

"Enjoyed my birthday trip, everything we needed was there. Even got a surprise birthday gift when we returned to our room. The staff and food were amazing. Room service was the best!!! Loved the buffet breakfast in the mornings."
