"While the outdoor pool and bar were nice, the rooms were baron. No art, nothing there. A bed, a desk, two chairs. Only a couple of the outlets worked. Very disappointing."

DoubleTree by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal Orlando
"Staff very welcoming and able to answer all of my questions. Room and facilities were clean but I think the carpet needs upgrading or replaced with laminate flooring. Linens were clean. I would suggest trash bags in the cans maybe. Would definitely stay here again"
