"I really liked this place. It’s very clean and safe. I was there for two nights in July 2025 and I would definitely book again if I ever travel back to Rome. Just make sure you know your door# because there’s no front desk clerk. You click the intercom button and once you say you’re there for check in… you are buzzed in.
I have no complaints about my stay… very quiet and secluded."
"The host was very pleasant and helpful;
He went above and beyond in also assisting us with transportation to our cruise ship.
Location was also convenient in terms of proximity to cruise port."

Civitavecchia is the port forthe cruise ships. there where 5 in on the day we boarded. We use the shuttle bus for $6 euro each. BUT make sure you check which shuttle bus you get on is your cruise/ship NO Ship names on the bus, they do go to the port

I have stayed in the city as a post cruise stay. It looks to me that the city does not have enough people to support many hotels in the area so during the cruise season, the hotels price are unreasonably high. What I like was the Nice People.

It gets busy during the evening hours when temperatures cool down. Everyone gets out to enjoy the live music and restaurants.

I enjoyed the short amount of time in Civitavecchia but would return to hopefully experience more such as going to the market and trying more food.
"Beautiful place. Francisco was very nice and helpful. Everything is walking distance. There was confusion finding the place. Once we found it there were no signs as to where to go and we had to contact Francisco via the app. I had an eSIM. "
