"We stayed here for one night awaiting our cruise. We arrived very early the day of check-in, well before the normal check-in time. Georgiana was very hospitable and welcoming giving us access to the sunroom/sitting area as well as providing us with coffee and breakfast. She arranged to have our room cleaned quickly after the check-out of the previous evening's guests, giving us access to our room around 1PM. She provided local information about Civitavecchia and also about things we may want to check out at the stops during our cruise. Though the exterior of the building was unassuming, the accommodations and services were five stars. We would definitely welcome the opportunity to stay there again any time we have another cruise leaving out of Civitavecchia."
