"The staff was great, they did organize a shuttle from the airport in Rome directly to the hotel but it was expensive, 130 euros, another guest said they took an Uber for 90 euros including tip. The breakfast selection was very good, included yogurt, cereal, eggs, bacon, cheeses and wonderful breakfast pastries. The room was spacious but a bit tired looking, the walls needed to be painted as there were quite a few scrape marks on them. It would have been nice to have a chair or two on the balcony. It was located in a residential area so you were surrounded by locals, not tourists. It was about a 15 minute walk to the central town area with the sea promenade, many restaurants and shops, and the train station. The pillows were very thin, only 2 on the bed. They did have a free shuttle to their sister hotel where we had a decent 2 course dinner for 25 euros each, very reasonable. The second night we ate downtown at a tiny but authentic seafood restaurant called Magnifico, be sure to make a reservation as there are only 10 tables, most filled with locals. It was a good 2 night stay to start our vacation!"

"The room was very clean a bit small but perfect for one night. It was on the main strip so very convenient as far as places to eat and things to do. The website for the hotel does say there is a restaurant on site and there is not! That was a big turn off for me. The other thing that really put a damper on my stay was I asked the front desk to please call me a taxi to get to the cruise ship and he would not do it. He said I should have had a reservation and told me to walk to the train station. Thank goodness we were able to walk to the train station and get a bus. I would probably never stay here again just because he would not help me when I really needed it."

"The staff was pleasant and helpful. The restaurant is convenient, we purchased a bottle of wine in the afternoon and sat on the outside terrace to relax and enjoy the view. Unfortunately we did not eat there so we cannot comment on the food."
