"The parking is down the street in a lot. It was very easy to get in with the door code given. It was also very quiet and had a cool atmosphere."

"Sparkling clean. Everything we needed was there for us. The floors were clean however we did feel a slightly sticky film. It could have been some leftover cleaner because the floors were clean."

"The Kuerig coffee maker was dirty as was the coffee space. The toilet handle had to be jiggled to work properly. Parking was good! Staff was okay but could have been more accommodating and courteous."

"The hotel is old with nostalgia. There were no amenities specifically for AlphaKappaAlpha as our 5 day convention was going on. The hotel can really use more upgrading. There was no complementary breakfast and I was told we should go next door to the Fairfield hotel for that. The food on the rooftop of the Elayton was very good. Over all, I give the hotel 3 stars. I was a little disappointed because the hotel did not honor the AKA convention rate and it was not worth the cost. "
