It was fine, seemed a bit over priced compared to my other hotel experiences. Would have been nice to have a microwave in room opposed to one by the ice machine. The location was convenient.

I lovee the hotel. Was there for my mom's surgery so it was so convenient being connected to the hospital. There were food options in walking distance. And the hotel itself was really nice and clean!!! Would stay there again! 10 out 10! I do recommend!!!

Great location with great staff

The hotels location is perfect for UAB hospital. Lots of local eateries are nearby. The best part of this hotel is the staff, at every level. Truly kind and friendly while staying professional!

Desk clerks were rude and sarcastic. I had to go to the front desk for clean towels each day. I had to ask for housekeeping to clean the room on the 4th day. Beds were not changed or made. Trash was emptied and dirty towels were removed. No vacuuming.
