My room was never cleaned. I had no shampoo or lotion in any of the containers that they have hanging on the wall. Never got fresh towels. The staff was nice at the front desk. The bartenders were nice. And courteous. It felt understaffed. No one ate as far as I could tell in the dining room restaurant. It felt like the whole hotel needed like 10 more people working there to make it run well.
