"This hotel property has the potential to be an amazing stay along the beach front. Very disappointed lack of communication from the reception staff. The property is run down, broken pavement, untidy around the building and the lift area. Loud noise music every night till 1am… It wasn’t cheap to stay!! Housekeeping was clean but unpleasant smell through the air conditioning. Strained carpets throughout the building and room. Have stayed there before thought may have been improved. I will never...

"Great stay at this hotel… very friendly staff , not unisual for Italians and let alone Calabrese people … The breakfast is very nice and filling, continental with vienoiserie , juices, a variey of coffee brews… fruit , toast…. The owner is extremely helpful… it is a great place , very central, walkable to the corniche, beach and night life…the areas is very safe and quiet… air con works well,and I am definitely coming back for aonger stay in Regg Calabria. "This is a very nice place in a super-convenient location, about 5 minutes walk from the National Archaeological Museum, and also from the Lido train station (1 stop on the local trains from Villa San Giovanni, if you are taking the ferry or train to Sicily).
